Ingredients: 

Yellow Lentils(Toor/Rahar Dal): 100 grams

Ghee/Butter/Oil : 2 Tesp

Cumin Seeds:  1½ Tesp

Water: 300 ml

Turmeric: ½ Tesp

Salt 1 Tesp

Asafoetida: ¼ Tesp

Curry Leaves: 20 - 25 pieces 

Dry Red Chill:  5 pieces 

Onions: 2 pieces 

Ginger + Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tbsp 

Tomatoes: 2 pieces 

Green Chilli: 2 pieces

Garam Masala powder: ½ Tesp 

Dried Fenugreek leaves(Kasuri Methi):1 Tbsp

Coriander Leaves:  Little Bit
